Maimon Kirschenbaum has been with Joseph, Herzfeld, Hester & Kirschenbaum LLP since 2004. He specializes in representing groups of plaintiffs in class action litigation. His work has focused in particular on helping employees in New York’s restaurant industry recover unpaid wages. In addition to class action work, Maimon represents individuals facing sexual harassment, workplace discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, and Family Medical Leave Act violations.
