Diane Hester has been a partner at Joseph, Herzfeld, Hester & Kirschenbaum LLP since 2002. Prior to joining the firm, she spent twelve years at Debevoise and Plimpton LLP, largely defending companies in class action employment litigation. She also served as a clerk for the Honorable Alfred J. Lechner, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. Diane now uses her knowledge of defense practice to represent plaintiffs in individual and class action cases. Her practice areas include sexual harassment, workplace discrimination, whistleblower law, Family Medical Leave Act violations, wage and hour claims, and commercial litigation.
