Michael DiChiara became affiliated with Joseph, Herzfeld, Hester & Kirschenbaum LLP as of counsel in 2007. His work here focuses on wage & hour class action litigation. His practice areas also include individual sexual harassment, discrimination, and whistleblower claims. Michael has considerable experience in the field of employment law, accrued at defense firms Epstein, Becker, & Greene P.C. (2006-7), and Grotta, Glassman, & Hoffman (2004-2006) and for the Corporation Counsel of New York City. Michael also serves as an adjunct professor of Employment Law at Rutgers Law School.
