Skilled New York City Employment Discrimination Lawyer Denise Schulman

Denise Schulman joined Joseph & Kirschenbaum LLP in 2009 after working for South Brooklyn Legal Services. Since that time, she has been instrumental in prosecuting many of the firm’s major cases.

Denise demonstrated excellence throughout her educational career, graduating Phi Beta Kappa from Wesleyan University and cum laude from NYU School of Law. She is admitted to both state and local courts in New York and has also argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the 13-judge superior federal court that hears appeals from federal district courts in New York, Connecticut and Vermont. She has been called a “brilliant, tough litigator, who works tirelessly for her clients” by her colleagues.
